Your job is to make sure the house is ready to show. Cathy will schedule all showings, including those from other real estate agencies.

Worn down wood and faded walls can be healed inexpensively with a few cans of paint and a couple rolls of wallpaper. It will give your home a newer shine that can wow a buyer.
Spring Clean In Any Season
Do a thorough cleaning of the entire home, including the attic, closets, and storage areas. Neat and clean areas create the illusion of a bigger space and are more pleasing for a prospective buyer to view.
Safety First
Be sure to keep staircases and hallways free of clutter, as this can be unsightly and dangerous.
Your Bath Should Make A Splash
Scour bathroom sinks and bowls, replace cracked tiles, recaulk where needed and make sure towels are clean and folded neatly.
Keep Your Distance
Try to be out of the house when it is being shown. If you do stay home, let Cathy do her job; stay in the background and try not to distract the tour.

Be sure to leave your home in good condition each morning because it may need to be shown on the turn of a dime.
